All of these classes utilize the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac Wall Unit, and Barrel and are specified to your meet fitness needs and goals.

We offer a variety of classes that are taught by excellent and encouraging instructors who can individualize their instruction for the beginning or advanced client and also cater to a client with limitations or injuries.
